Well it helps if the subject heading was correct for a start - we wont ever be private - when/if we are PRIVATISED we will still be a PUBLIC Company. We probably won't be a PLC but we certainly will be providing a Public Service as we will still be the USO provider for a minimum of 10 years.

You missed out one complete group of people from each end of the spectrum.
You loaded the position of your statement so people wanting to discuss this patricular subject probably bypassed it.

- it might have been a pretty good debate if you had asked an open question that invited debate.

No 90% but its not yet confirmed whether it will be a Company Buy out (most likely), or a Public Share Issue sale on the open market (a PLC). On the ground it wont make any difference but legally its 2 completely different things.
