Another day another dollar ,went out on our park and loop trial again today,was absolutely battered with voting forms etc very heavy got on delivery at 9.15 1st letter
Slogged it out all day in the blazing sun never stopped and it was last letter 14.15 a true 5 hr walk time,never been as knackered since i joined royal fail
No way in a million years am i gonna be able to keep this pace up and im only 42!! My feet and knees were killing me ill end up at doctors at this rate
On a plus note the flyer thats in the trial looks like getting an hr of our walk for his efforts to get done early
so there are some benifits ,but then he is getting done nearly 2 hrs a day before us (yes i know)

Yours completely FOOKED or is that FOOKED OFF

count yourself lucky some of our lot didn't get out till 10.30 today due to massive amounts of mail

never mind volumes are down

Time out doesnt alter nothing unless your gonna cut off if we were out at 10.30 we have sent an hr and a half of mail back

Don't know what your problem is, that's usual for my office - my first letter at 9 and last at 3pm but then I'm finding it easier and easier to recover because I've been doing a 5 hour delivery for a number of years now.

There is a one hour time difference between Ireland and the rest of the UK.
Either that or he goes to the MC for his break.

I like getting out later....it shortens my optimum delivery span.
The record in our office for park and loop was 1215 first letter....1315 last letter.

Trouble with ours is on an every house day it genuinely is 5 hr delivery so if you say your cutting off they will do anything to get you out early so your walking your 5 hrs!

Travel and break make up the time.

TBH RM won't have you doing a 3-3 1/2 hour delivery if you're FT because there just isin't the hours to do it anymore, you'll have to get used to being out for much longer and spending less time messing about inside the office.
