Hi,
I have recently joined RMG as a part time post man. I work saturdays only. For me I cant understand that what is the cut off day for the wages/salary. And what is the cut off day for overtime. Is it two seperate days or what ? Can anyone plz throw some light on the overtime break up because I think I am not being paid the correct overtime hours.

Your wages are in essence paid in advance because you only work a saturday.
Your overtime is paid a week in arrears.
So if you were to start this week and worked 8hrs overtime...and then saturday you would only be paid for saturday this week then the overtime(8hrs) next week.
