Hi, In our office in the past, when all annual leave has been picked, if a full timer wanted days off and they are not available on the full time list, we have been able to book them on the part time list if they are available on that list and visa versa part timers on the full time list. Suddenly though dates are available, our Manager has decided to end this practise to both full and part timers alike. Can he do this?, is the practise a national agreement (though he doesn't bother recognising these) and is it still in place?...... Cheers
