been off cpl days with knee pain,docs line etc too.Why do management harass and call you ( NUMBER WITHELD!)really early asking when youlle be back ,and that ill have an interview when i come back ( i know the procedure!).I was struggling for weeks doing walk,asked for a hand erm noooooo !Its bad enough worrying about youre own health without this . Think ill go see someone about this ,,,

I bloke here has got a bar on calls from NUMBER WITHELD phones. Pisses off management no end! Put in a grievance and kick up a real stink by taking it as far as possible so they know not to do it again

Last year i was off with pains in my ankle & i was given a sick note by doctor after a few days i recieved a phone call to mobile (how they got the number i would never know) at 7am asking when i will be returning my response was "when my ankle is better now fcuk off".

i fractured a bone in my foot last year. doctor said from wear and tear of all the walking. rang up and told them, manager says cant i come in and just do half a walk .

why answer your phone to withheld numbers....infact even if theres a number and you know its the tossers in management even more reason not to answer.your under no obligation to answer a phone call what so ever...feck the parasites off

but your contract states we need to be contactable.....doesn't bother me if they want to contact me when i'm off....i'm fully aware of the 1,3 and 5 day contact....also know there's people among us who have sickies and go on holiday...they're the ones who normally moan about procedures
