seroiusly guys, im not sure im gonna last the summer working in these sweatbox vans and having to walk when the suns at its hottest. the last few days have given me a feel of what its like doing this job in the heat...its gonna kill me tbh. if RM are so keen to bring the company into this century then why not fit a/c in the vans. surely theres a cut off point if the mercury rises too high. heatstroke, dizzyness, feeling sick, passing out all spring to mind. i'd like to see the twats who thought of moving start back to work out when the suns the hottest try doing what we do, an i bet their not sweating their arses off in their company cars either........

Re: drinking warm water. Put a couple of bottles of water in the freezer the night before, if it's going to be a hot day. They will thaw out throughout the day but will retain much of their coldness until at least late morning.
