Our office allows acting managers to perform overtime as blue shirts
, so many people are kicking up a stink over it but its been going on for ages - all of these acting managers who have performed the roll for 12months or more have apparently been given a proportion of the bonus's that were paid out. Our full time rep is currently trying to bring an end to it all - but should it have been allowed in the first place? We have so few managers left at our office - the rest are filled with these idiots - most haven't gone through any formal training - no skills required apparently apart from being able to have the brownest tongue and jumping the highest......
This cannot be right surely?
