I'm guessing this is in the same vein as the other thread.
Each office has it's knobs regardless of how long they've been in the job.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

everybody in royal mail works hard no one has it easy anymore good duties have gone :speak to the hand

you should come our office if a duty was easy planners knacked it wake up. some people just make the duties look easy

I assume your talking about walks after a revision..van shareing ect...my depot still has 1 hour to 4 hour walks.

No exageration..this saturday at 9.30 a walk holder walked past me and i still had another bag to do..i usualy finish at 11 to 11 30 all saturdays.
