Have you got them yet from Royal Mail for year earning. I don't have mine yet. (When is it coming ?)

As I need them to prove of my earning for Open University course next year.

They have to supply them before the end of May.
What have I done to deserve this?

Can you not use the last payslip for the financial year as it will have all the figures i.e. total earned, tax and ni contributions etc.

ask payroll for a statement of earnings.

They are the only legal alternative to a p60
