Back pay

Hi all. I have just been given my full time contract after months of waiting.When I enquired about back pay and the difference I was owed between PT and FT delivery supplement,I was told that because I was paid at SSPR,which I was until I went FT , that I would not get back pay for DS because I had been paid at SSPR.Any advice please.Thank you.

SSPR includes Delivery Supplement if i remember correctly, if you divide the SSPR by the amount of hours you should have been paid, it should work out and a higher hourly rate, which includes a proportion of the DS. Hope that answers ur query, probably not what u wanted to hear tho. Double check it just in case I'm wrong tho :)

Like Mazza, you've been paid the DS through the hourly rate...works out to be about £8.86 p/h (hourly rate)+ £0.51 p/h (DS) = £9.37 p/h.....might be a few pence out.
