saw postie on a bike in stratford-upon-avon this morning no helmet ! thought they couldnt use bikes once the revision was brought in.

If this revision is only about H&S,by taking the weight of the shoulders.
Surely all of the bikes should be removed,or are some peoples H&S more important than others?

I am going to be on 1 of the 2 cycle deliveries in our off ( 9th May New duties start in our office if we vote it in

Which proves the point that there reason for getting rid of bicycles was never anything to do with health and safety.
