It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Amen to that! cancel all DSA agreements would be number 2 on the list for me. Why should other companies be making profit and us doing most of the work? Number 3 would be sack most higher tier managers. Moya wouldnt even get a call or a letter i would just give security her picture and make sures no longer allowed in the building! :chuckle

Get all post office line managers and post office police out getting back all the business we have lost to our competitors instead of wasting so much time conducting everyone..
