when and who are they issued to
postie has been told today he will not be issued with one to get back to office after delivery so what happens if he has reg / special item to return to office has been told to walk back to office stating a mile would be a reasonable distance.
nb. do we finish on street or office it is current policy here to pouch off on street and leave pkts etc in pouch boxes where the items can lie for days

get the driver to pick you up or get the dom to pay for a taxi you dont finish in the street you finish in your delivery office
