Due to our manager who is quite fair and good I have been told some news!

Sorry didn't get the chance to put this up last nite.
She informed me after the managers all had their conference call yesterday that,
RM wants and has told them not to pay out any OT until after the elections at the earliest.
Even people who claim OT every week due to the duty size are to be refused their OT payment.

Are they trying to get us to walk?
or
Are they trying to save money to pay us our CS?

RM never fails to surpise

Nothing like that here at our office but would not bother me, never relied on OT and never will.

I do not do any over time myself and would not expect anyone else to work for nothing. Best thing to do would be to cut off and finish at your correct finish time. Knowing some offices even ours there will be people who continue to complete their runs. Some people never learn.

or deliver it themselves

They are trying to save money...because they don't have any.
Their business plan is broken,their finances are a mess,the expected savings from the "non-savings driven" revisions have not appeared....and who will pay the price for this dismal management failure?

Our office is not allowing OT payments too. Also been told we will soon have to lapse rounds and 1800 jobs to go in the area.
