re joining royal mail

dont know if this will make sense but here goes

a friend of mine jacked his job at royal mail then a few days later thought wtf have i done went to see the dom to see if he could be re instated( he was full time and approx 20 years service )the dom said no not at full time but he said he could come back as a 20 hour contract ,then on the monday he was meant to come back he went sick ,my question is how long does he have before they can terminate his 20 hour contract cheers

I used to think that I was indecisive but now I'm not quite so sure.

just found out today thats it for him he had 7 days and he didn't show up for work
what a kick in the carrots and onions he was a sound bloke as well too honest for his own good he should have gone off with stress for a few weeks
