Just to introduce myself joined RM as Posty 6mths ago going ok but have already seen a lot of potential changes where i work
Anyhow quick question if i may please
What are the current pay rates for Postman/Woman upon starting and after the 6 and 12 mths service ?
Slightly baffled as i seem to have just had a 6mth uplift and maybe a small rise on top as well (is this the 1.4% April rise ?)

This is based on mine 'ive been with RM for 11 months
Current pay rate: 213.48 --25 hours
Before 'payrise@1.4%': 210.53 --25 hours
First 6 months pay rate: 199.45
Not sure It goes up after 12 months though or does it?

As far as iam aware the rate still goes up after a full year but sorry i dont though the amount.
Was £9.11 a week when i started but that was oh so looooooong ago
