under the 2010 agreement....... human rights are being breached by ROYAL MAIL,,, from being coerced, forced in from the 2010 agreement by management,,,,,, delivery beyond human capibility ... work loads are being forced onto posties that are unachievable, working under slavery conditions,, when you ask for help from management,,,,,, you are then just bullied and forced into impossible work loads... a delivery frame with 950 delivery points on it.. 5 lots of d2ds.... 12 hours work squeezed into 8 hours by a computer program that has been manipulated by management...... posties being bullied into work loads that management could not even try to do or complete themselves,, but posties are expected to complete in times not possible. this is just the tip of the iceburg of managements torture on its work force....... it's time to maybe take this to the courts,, with enough evidence royal mail will be made accountable of its torture to its work force as a breach of human rights..

we in delivery can see whats happening but the cwu who support us (suppose to) have agree to this with them so weve got no chance.

if you take rm to a tribunal based on their abuse of your rights
first thing they will ask is why you have not approached your union

first thing rm will say in their defense is your union have agreed this and that.
we have to demonstrate that both rm and the union have failed us.

the statement above sumarises the whole shebang that is royal mail and the cwu..and maybe some sort of action is needed collectively by all now .not through the higher echelons of the cwu tho ..more on a shop floor level

the problem with the over burdening workloads, that posties are shafted with is that, business is so well organised.they have all angles covered,becuase they have unlimited resourses. the cbi with the help of governments, labour and tory,, make up the rules, and they dont care about people, just money. i know a guy with kids who has just given the postie job up, and taken to drug dealing. his words to me were, its just too hardfor a few tenners a week. he stuck it for 4 years, the shared vans and increaseddelivery has finnished him. the unions are weak becuase the workers are boss cuddling, moaning selfish, brain dead clowns

If the guy has left to deal drugs, then good riddance.
He sounds like a really responsible family guy, not all of us give up and turn to a life of crime.
You reported him to the police? It is one thing to go on about uneven workloads, another to ignore death being dealt on the streets
