Hi guys/comrades, I'm tony and a postie from blackburn. been with royal mail for about 10 1/2 years.
got to say i used to love the job but over the past 10 months its all gone to the dogs in my office.

Whats it like everywhere else?

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Ive bn saying this,,, The RM TOP BODS have long term game plan... OUT as many people with over 10ys service in as it will cut the debt by no end!!! But by hook or by crook they will get us out!!!!! It took nearly 5 years to write up the way forward, SO it would put in place the framework for unrest, The casual, ag, rights against the full timers!! P.M. OPG now.. The cut of the PHG now intergrated witha suppliment of £20

All has its toll to undermine the quality and pride WE USED TO HAVE!!! I cant honestly believe how much different i feel about RM now of how proud i was 12 years ago... The senior men/women must be shaking there heads low!!! I know they are!!! And cant wait to get out,, EVR.. :sad:

We have to be a bit more cute about how the CWU handle this as there is a move to persist with H+B people out the door and know its so hard to win a I.T. in the case of unfairdismissal.. Unless the race card or sexist card come out!! I know ive been told by HQ this!!!! my case was dead in the watr as far as they were concerned!!!! Im fighting alone now!! f**k EM!!!
