Does anybody else find it wrong that today i saw the office manager and office union rep pulled into a side road spying on posties on delivery?
I expect it of the manager but a union rep!
Found out later that they had been doing today and yesterday and are gonna challenge people for taking too long.

Rep could be there to keep the manager in check and make sure he doesn't make up lies, don't jump to conclusions.

If anyone is to be monitored, they should be informed in advance, otherwise it's harassment. The trouble is, the rep is one of the harassers and, without the backing of the Union, the victim will have to take on the fight alone. Kick this rep out.

This could be exactly right you cant jump to the conclusion that the union rep is upto no good.Rep could be there to keep the manager in check and make sure he doesn't make up lies, don't jump to conclusions.

Thats what i first thought,till they made a joint announcement with the rep backing the managers every word like a sad lackey.This has come about since we voted out the revision and people have worked to their full hours,whereas they both think everyone should have time to sort when hey get back!
