Ok all you people out there that suffer from hayfever

I was one and it was hell every year until I did this one thing and it is so simple you will be amazed you didn't think of it before

the cure?

local honey and it has to be local to wherever you suffer most, at home, at work ( for me it was the area I did my round in pure hell)

go to your local 'healthy' shop or google in your area

it is not cheap - mine cost me £5 for a jar - but compared to hayfever remedies it was cheap ( and they never worked that good anyway)

have some every morning on your toast in your tea whatever but have some every morning

it took me 3 weeks and then I suffered no more

if you think about it it makes perfect sense, when you get an injection to protect you from something they inject some of the nastiness into you so you develop antibodies - this is the same

I promise you it works and has made my life much easier

so try it and enjoy a hayfever free summer :-)
