But this is what makes me laugh. The next time a general election comes around, despite the strong feeling, it will be one of two parties that wins. The British public is phenomenal, and it's no better reflected than within Royal Mail. They'll moan about it. They'll rage about it. They'll talk about the wrongs and the wrongs till the wrongs have taken over the world. But when it comes to a time when they can stand up and do something about it, they'll go for the same FRAKKING thing again because they're SCARED OF THE ALTERNATIVE. There is no mass of people as stupid or pathetically downtrodden as the British.

Should be read in conjunction with LTB 143/11 Election Material 2011 Poll Cards.

Election communication candidate mail will again attract the normal unit payment rate for the office.

3. There will be no candidate mail for the AV referendum. It is likely we will make a Door To Door delivery of an information leaflet during week commencing 4 April. We might also have normal letters posted by the ‘yes’ and ‘no’ campaigns. These normal letters and the Door To Door mail don’t attract unit payment.
