Untill the NI goes up by 1 per cent plus everything elese another pay cut by the RM.Also don't expect to get 3.5 per cent next year prob nothing.When did we last get a pay rise 2007 or before?.

We got a 2.something pay rise last year after the pay and modernisation agreement was accepted.
My pay slip was f***** up today too much for the computer to handle

next year a 3.5% payrise then the year after that the delivery supplement stops which means theyve took it back off you
