Has anyone ever been successful with claims of harrassment against management? Was it worth your while doing it? I'm guessing the majority of claims are ignored.

in our office the same manager has had 3 harrassment forms against him by 3 people for basically bullying , passed over to area manager and diddly schitt done and hes still at it the knob, it should be passed to an independant to sort it .

I once heard a manager boasting to another dom that he had 11 harrassment cases against him and that he could not work in 2 offices within the area. Well 3 years later they promoted him to area SOM.

well i cant go into detail of all cases but when you tell a member of staff your not quick enough and cant cut off and call him a lazy prick then stand there with a stop watch timeing everything he does what does that say.

We have a manager working with us that has been previously been sacked from another DO for bullying. How is it right that RM have given him another job? Apparently he pulled some strings with our DOM as they are friends but shouldnt these bullies be black listed?

find out what office he was sacked from and who attended his discipline case.
contact the area manager that you will be passing on the information to the area rep
you should find that both managers will be suspended and both will be sacked due to
breaking the royal mail secrets act.
if any manager employs someone who has been sacked from royal mail they are liable.
but also make sure you know the truth about the manager being sacked.

I've had a b&h part upheld against a manager. But they were saying it wasn't all entirely his fault because some other manager hadn't done his job properly so this manager thought he was within his right to continue going on at me about something I thought was all agreed.

I've had a case upheld against a manager, and they have done nothing about it.

I'm in the middle of pushing it further as we speak, the system is a joke

Well, surprise, surprise. It doesn't exactly fill me with confidence for when I put my form in. Still, maybe I'll be the lucky one
