Frustrating

My walk is supposed to be three and a half hours long yet when it was tested it was over four hours yet nothing has been done and now my managers (who are complete bullies) are telling me I'm too slow indoors.My managers think that they are hard men. The union rep does nothing except call people brother and kisses the managers arses to get off his duty and play with a computer. Can anyone tell me what I should do as I have to get finished to get to my other job

I am affraid there is only one real choice and that is to cut off at your finish time (tell them first). They can test your prep speed if they like but assuming your not late getting out i would not worry about that.

My duty runs anything from 4 hrs light to 4hrs 45min on a heavy day.

One thing to add to that, is if you are tested and IF you are proven to be slow, you can't be kicked out, they need to give you further training until you reach the standard required.

What are your hrs and what are you 'expected' to do in those hrs.
