D2D change How did it affect earnings

Obviously their were huge dissagreements about the D2D element of BT2010 agreement which i voted no to by the way. But i have found in my week 52 payslip i am about 800 up on last year with the same level of overtime. So now we have the actual figures jus wondering how it worked out for everyone

Did you take out the bonus last year? I have taken a pay cut, lost early shift allowance and D2D money. I have earned less than last year and working twice as hard, was the worst agreement in the history of Royal Mail. People don't understand we are losing the delivery supplement in 3 years from now. Its really hard to understand why royal mail are losing lots of money, where is the money going?

My gross seems to have stayed the same for about 4 years , however I have no idea what this years will be , I can only speculate it will be less because my pay slips get sent to a mates address and I haven't been round there for a couple of months.

you benefit if you are sick, as you get the additional £8.00, after the loss of early start allowance that was supposed to be protected, also with the personal allowances.
But loads of people have been screwed, if they are doing 3/4 sets of door to doors with loads of calls.
deliver in poorer areas as they get less door to doors.
For many the so called CWU has been a disaster.

just read posties are losing the delivery supplement in three years,, can someone confirm that, because if that's true then,, what the f..k,,, they will then say we will have to have a pay decrease,, before you know it you will be working on the minimum wage............ total crap..

The CWU have said the delivery supplement stays forever, let me tell everybody on here that it will end in 3 years. And that has come from a really high up person.

Nope no specifics just saying i have not lost boat loads. reserve too so quite a few variations on that to. I am hoping dogs of war means delivery supplement will be put into basic in three years time cause i know that was CWU ambition. But i have a feeling he is not saying that though

It wouldnt surprise me if the delivery suppliment goes afterall it is only a three year agreement and they are working out with the torys how to get out of it as we type.
It should have gone into basic pay then it would be safe. D2D is into workload now so why pay us twice for doing one item of work ie delivering mail to an address.

I agree that supplements,pay protection and MTSF will be first to go once we are privatised but don't think that basic pay is safe.
It's questionable whether TUPE rules will apply but even if they do that won't protect us for long.
