SMELLY STINKING PXXSY HEALTH HAZARD PROPERTYS

Theirs a block of flats on my walk with a communal entrance to 9 flats upstairs, on the stairs their is human excrement, pxxx, loads of litter and the stink is unbearable with poor lighting, its been like it for over 2 months now and my line manager apparently reported it to the housing authority, i personally rang them myself as it is getting to the point where im almost spewing up and gagging if i enter the doorway, the 9 flats above obviously have no self respect and some of these have families and kids who have to pass throught this several times a day, the floors wet with piss and god knows what else etc and god knows what germs/diseases are growing. The council have done nothing so far and are blaming the residents, i have now refused delivery to these flats and notified 2 of my managers about this. Just to cover myself in case anything goes awol, is their any set procedure regarding this kind of situation?. we have a new dom and he is one of the eager ones to get rid and give stages etc?

Stick to your guns, offer you DOM the 'opportunity to deliver there! takes me back to my days delivering to flats--slipped on vomit, skidded across the floor, and battered in to the side of the stairwell. And do not get me started on the times I;ve put my hand on a bannister to find it covered in blood etc! Just refuse to deliver, stating your reasons for doing so, and take some pics! good Luck!

ive taken pics on a bi-wekly bsis so got los o evideneand te council guy himself told m he wouldnt go in their, so at least i got a bit of backup with the pics.

Yip..disgusting, I laugh when the courier did these scenic walk articles---- often used to think in element of fairness they should have covered some walks in less salobrious areas!

Yeah its funny how they seem to only go into the sticks to photograph smilling posties

My last walk had a very upmarket road with large detached (£1-3M) houses and was very nice to look at. However the verges were packed with dog poo as these posh folks thought it was far too below them to pick up after their hounds
