All the lies
Having read through loads of things on this forum ,and witnessed the day to day lies of rm bosses day in day out , the constant bullying harrasment and destruction of our working conditions ,,,,,why on earth can we not do anything about this>? Who the hell is our voice!? Id go out in a minute,im that fed up !

my only hope is the vast majority of that 90% back the membership in the coming months

Why would anyone walk!We have been undeniably conned out of money owed to us with the shares worth £1400 September after allegedly the quietest time of the year.Then we have a busy Christmas all those Christmas cards with stamp revenue and parcels and has been busy right throughout and then guess what the shares dropped to Zero.What are the Union doing????People being bullied what are the union doing????Royal mail going back on deals???

However on a local / area level your rep can still help you with the day to day problems which always appear within the office. Without your local rep you will simply get walked over.

Some local reps use the position as a stepping stone into management. I could provide proof but anonymity rules. Some local reps are absolute diamonds though.

Left due to what o.p said amongst other things....Only left though as had another job same wages etc or would have had to grim and bear it, which is hard on those 3 month contracts. Still, 5 weeks after leaving and they are still trying to do me over 
Still no holiday pay that i'm owed(At least 7 days) and also owed other money. Grievance was a waste of time, didn't even investigate it as far as i'm aware. Anyone have any past history with ACAS or Employment tribunal system??? sent E.Tribunal form off yest.
