Sign AND print your name!

When getting people to sign for their recordeds and specials what is it they dont get ,when i ask "can you sign AND print your name please" then point to where i need it? Everyday i get more than one person only doing one or the other or signing in the wrong place. I even had someone sign the clear plastic once

there's some fools out there like.....i always put two big crosses where they need to print an sign as well as telling them the box number only to be handed back the paper with a sig in the box below where the two HUGE crosses are.......muppets !!!

Not a problem with a PDA...
Getting them to sign inside the box is though..and stopping them turning the thing round....and stopping them pressing all of the buttons...and getting them to lean hard enough to get a clear sig

Yup had someone sign on the plastic too!!! But you have to bear in mind that many of these people have just woken up and haven't had time to focus thier minds, so need to give them a little bit of slack!

the one thet gets me is when you ask them their name they point to the name on the door,then then i ask again what their name is because there are to many houses with multipule names so they point to the name on the door again and say thats me.
would it not be easier just to say your furkin name is what i would like to answer
but i never do

These people are morons, You have to treat them like children.

"Hiya, got a special delivery for ya love, ya need to sign for it ,please"

"Erm alright..Wjose it for ? what is it ?

Outcome : Item signed for in undecipherable handwriting and name printed on number 4.

I'm the same when a non-royal mail courier delivers

Courier: got parcel, can you sign here?
me: <looking at courier & then parcel & then paper & then courier> what? where?
courier: sign here
me: <taking paper & trying to find where to sign>
courier: sign there
me: ok...right <signed>
courier: <mutters dim wit as walking away>

Royal mail stuff is easy cos i know where to sign

Went to a blokes house the other day and handed him my sign card in wallet with 1st 3 already signed and stickered etc .

SO only space at number 4 . I ask him to sign at number 4 as hes got a special delivery letter .

He looks at the sign wallet i give him and says its not for him . EH ? ? ?

Had a great one the other day. Had a recorded delivery for an old guy on my walk so just said the usual 'print here' and 'sign here' whilst pointing to the correct places. Got a really sarcastic comment back that he was old not stupid! He then proceeded to print his name followed by 'where do i sign again?'
