we have just finished another have your say and the comments have been published.They are worse than last year with our rubbish managers getting a few home truths but they are the same as last year and absolutely nothing has been done about it.
What a total waste of time and money but at least we got a lot of crap out of our systems

Don't fill them in, if they're not going to do anything then they are worthless. Remember to take them home though, make sure the managers don't fill them in themselves

ours calls people into the canteen 4 at a time and goes through the questions,not to influence the answers obviously, but strangely the results have shown some improvement

No they don't, my office hasn't filled them for the past couple of years (they send people down to find out why and they always leave with burning ears) but nothing to the DOM.

The results have never mattered and never will..............unless they're looking to sack someone over the results (and I'm not helping them do that).

didnt know that so im glad i wrote our shift is like noahs ark as the managers walk around 2 by 2 with nothing to do, anywhere else like that ?

Put that in the comments section, This seems a pointless excercies as all staff are being coached through the form by the DOM......Say it out loud as you write it! maybe the other 3 will write the same thing.
