Buy Down To 20 hours

Hi all im looking at going down to 20 hours from 40 hours full time do royal mail still do the buy down scheme if they do what kind of money would i be looking at and also i understand i have to stay for 2 years after i recieve the payment.

you dont say how long you been full time, yer you do have too stay at least two years b4 you can go back too full time or increase your hrs. but i belive royal mail no longer do this i might be wrong

I've never seen anything saying it was stopped but i haven't heard of anyone getting it for a few years either.
You don't have to stay for 2 years but if you leave before the 2 years are up you may be asked to pay back part of the lump sum.

yer i meant that if you wanted too go back up in your hours ie 27.5 or more you had to wait 2yrs i did it over 6yrs ago. best thing i ever did. now got a life

sold 10 hours about 5 years ago,offered the hours back today if i want them.
