in light of the colleagueshare fiasco does anyone know if we will still be getting our twice yearly SA bonus payments this year?..its normally May and August.

on the union notice board it said 13th of may and 13th of august

What are SA Payments, never had one of them since I have been at Royal Mail, getting on for 10 years.

its a kind of holiday supliment, you only get it if you some SAs, they take the average you do over the year then give you two weeks of it in your pay twice a year.

spen, sa= Scheduled Attendance = Schedulded overtime at an increased rate.... ie packet duties in the afternoon, collections etc :wave :wave
