CWU in the dock !

feel the Union is doing nothing to help thousands of postmen/ women who are been harassed and bullied into not cutting off. Flexability is one thing but 15 minutes turns into 1hr forced overtime, i really feel let down by them on this.It could easily turn into a court case with the CWU and Royal mail both facing claims !!!!

The union negotiated these safeguards it's down to you to copy and quote them to your manager and get your rep involved.
