I don't really have a philosophy. I don't worry about work, I don't care about work. The worst that can happen to me each day is that I get sacked, yet even that, in my warped world, I can take as a positive. I have my savings for rainy days, and seeing as I'm on a temporary contract, I know that I'm only there for as long as I annoy enough people. I'm not the kind of guy who's going to sit back and take it every day. I value my own sense of pride above my job security.
