90 day notice to Scottish managers

Just heard there was a conference call today with all Scottish operational managers asked to listen in.

RM have issued a 90 day notice that 120 operational managers will go, out of a managerial team of approx 490. This is a 21% reduction.

Have no details of how this will be acheived.
