My bet is the cutting of the pay rise.

If the pay rise is in the agreement they can't legally do this. If they are to do this then the deal is null and void. No more lapsing and won;t see me do anymore than 2 d2ds a week.

Don't think it would be the pay riseas it's worth fu*k all, 1.4% = £5.25 a week not going to make a massive impact. 100,000 workers x £5.25 = £525,000 a week ok maybe it could be.

Don't forget the D2D payment goes up in line with the pay rise as well, not a lot granted but at least it's not frozen like before.
