i know its bad news today that we are not getting our shares but on the bright side at least 1000 managers are going!! that means 100 managers going in each of the 10 sectors! im sure your all thinking of the ones that could go in your office now ,i know i am!! so its not all bad atleast 1000 managers will no longer get an obese salary for doing fuckall! hmmmm i wonder if this is the start of a turnaround??

Not all managers are bad, just the ones that are c***s. In our orifice, we've had some really good managers, ones that I really wouldn't like to see go. I think the reason most peeps are happy to see the backs of most managers is for all the bullying and harassment that they've had to put up with up and down the country.
We posties do things differently, but we still get shot at!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
we have 1 fantastic manager at our place extremely helpful and thoughtful always fights for our corner as she used to be one of us posties, we also have 8 "Arsehole" managers some have never done the job and do everything they can to never do the job, there whole purpose is to hold up efficientcy and prevent progress as well as destroy morale. Put it this way i wont miss those 8 but i bet she and all the other good ones out there get the axe. Royal Mail is doomed in that case.
