Not seen anyone putting themselves forward to replace them. Who would you want to run the CWU. At present its us the postmen who run it Billy and Dave just do as conference say. Trouble is not many at conference are prepared to put up and tell them how it is. Too many reps scared to voice their members real opinion. Those that do are ridiculed and treated as extreamists. In short we have the leadership we voted for and deserve.....................

So what if it's a shrinking market, the business is shrinking to match the volumes with another 3000 job losses announced.
I don't see how that would affect the efficiency or productivity of RM, it would just a affect the share price if we were a private company. We're not so the business changes to match the volumes.
