when a resign comes a round if we dont pick on senioirty ? how do you pick its just a question as a lot of mangers would like to do away with it so how on earth do we pick :hmmmm

it depends on national agreements. we are having an mgv review in our MC and everyone thought it was going MTSF but our area rep pull something out of the bag and it is being done on seniority.

What magic rabbit did he manage to find to supersede a national agreement? I was under the impression the only way it could be done on seniority was if a revision only affected one shift where all are on same allowances or if there was a local agreement in place already. Please enlighten me if you can as we are also in process of Mgv revision and was told by cwu Hq that mtsf was how it has to be done.
