I didn't even bother trying to work out what I should have been entitled to, as I thought it would turn out to be a crock.
I have worked out that I've "lost" over £6000 in the last year due to an erosion of T & C, including loss of Overtime and Scheduled Attendance.
Makes me laugh when the DIM tries to explain that the Business is struggling and they need to save money, hence the slash and burn money saving tactics. What do they they think Posties come to work for? The smell of mail in the morning?

if so we should be demanding our terms and conditions pre 2010 to be reinstated at once
also rm not adhering to 2010 agreement should trigger our industrial action mandate that was put on hold
to accomodate 2010 joint agreement.
