Door to door leaflets

I am part time 30hr's a week.But do the same amount of door to door leaflets.So why do i get paid less for doing them.

Nobody gets paid for D2D's.

You cant get paid less for something than someone else,when the someone else gets nothing. D2D payment was scrapped. Staff now get a delivery supplement (not a d2d supplement) which is pro rata. There is no such thing as a d2d payment anymore for anyone. Do 1/6th of them a day and if you go over your time, you can claim overtime for them or inform your manager your unable to deliver in the time and cut off.

The £20.60 is not a D2D payment, it was brought in to replace D2D payments and early shift allowance.
You are payed to do a job and if that is pro-rata then so is the £20.60 in the same way that someone with more delivery points still gets the same money.

Just break the connection between £20.60 and D2Ds and it becomes clear.

Your full timer sorts on the ips
in our office this is typically averages about one hour 20 minutes x5 days =7 hours a week.
if you imagined full timers have an extra 10 hours to get their d2d into the frame etc they dont.
though im not unsympathetic as part timers do seem to get all the sh@@ jobs.

since this delivery supplement was part of the deal along with colleague shares and our revision bonus which no longer exist presumably we should go back to the old system of being paid for each d2d delivered. i will not deliver another d2d until either my bonus/cs payment comes or until we go back to the old methods of payment.

No the revision bonuses still exist (for the time being anyway) if you have not been through a revision you should still get your £200/£600/£200 - the colleague shares still exist but they are worth nothing at the moment, and if you belive RM they may be worth something later.

we have WSM for over a year now (for all the good they are constantly breaking down), we have collapsed walks over a year now (walks are bigger and people cant finish them within the timescale plus lapsing dont help the situation), park and loop is being introduced again and again, plans on the board, duties to be paired allocated, vans ready to move but sat parked up in the car park which takes up space for private cars so we cant park at work anymore unless you get there an hour early but management keep bidding their time on that one. Still no revision bonus's should we have had something by now?

Yes if you have had a qualifying revision since the agreement.

Maybe in your office. In my office FT spend at least 1.30 on IPS, 2hrs+ on wed/thur/fri. PT on 30 and 35 hrs do no IPS and are going out the door at 9am while FT still have mountains of mail on their frames. If anyone goes off the IPS back to their frame they will get shouted at by everyone to get the **** off their frame.

same at my DO - we go to their frame mob handed if necessary and embarrass them.

People are forever dropping off IPS to sort their own walks at our place on busy days part timers have to do IPS too.

Delivery supliement should be called IPS supliement cause deliveries aren't pro rata.
