hi
in 2009 i got transferred by a manager against my will to a delivery office from a mail centre.it was a considerable distance and the role that i had to undertake was impossible as i have a dda condition,i also have duty of care for a disabled child.the manager knew and ignored a doctors letter but still transferred me. i had to go off work with stress and depression because of this and the fact i couldnt perform the new role. The manager ignored me for many months.my doctor was made fully aware of what was happening and was appalled. Now the hse are asking questions from my doctor and she is fully supportive of me,in the respect that my depression was caused by my employer.Eventually after appeal, they finally listened but it took 6 months to do so
what could happen?
