how do you pay for the van do you take a loan out with the company and they stop it out of your wages ?

Got to buy the van yourself, the companys don't provide a loan, there are loads of complaints from owner drivers who work for hdnl and citilink etc lots of pit falls ie no paid holidays sick benifits etc
