MGV Grade

A simple question for you lot. Is the MGV professional driver grade classed as a skilled or unskilled job? would also like links or agreements which state either way.

pro drivers are specialised dutys. this can have benifits and pitfalls. if managers selected drivers on suitability could open can of worms.re signs have always been done on seniority here. but if you pick off the grade very diffulcut to get back.

pro drivers on that grade pick in seniority order from the day they started at rm, not from when they became a pro driver. managers go along with this.
