Does anyone know the correct formula on how the holidays are worked out? ie how many staff off per week many thanks

we have an office of 40 and are allowed 4 people off at any one time.

From a previous post from dingo,and i hope i remember it correctly...
Amount of staff x 6 (weeks holiday as that is what everyone in the office could have if they buy) / by 50 (weeks of the year)
And moved to blue shirts.

Work out whats needed to give all OPGs their entitlement and if the DOMm chooses to go above and beyond that then result!!
My D.O is mid to high 60's for staffing levels and we have 8 OPGs off in any one go.
Put in enough rsvs to cover off AWD's then put in enough to cover the rsvs.
