I heard it from a reliable source today. Still 2nd hand information but he quoted a 1st hand source.
I was asking about ditching trolleys due to the aches and pains I've been getting. Not sure it is the trolleys but I think it is.
He gave me the info about Rugby and said that I should put my concerns in writing now to cover myself for any future sick or injury.
