Annual Leave
Yesterday people in the office who have annual leave in the final two weeks of this year ending in March were approached and asked if they would like to move their leave into next year. Apparently they could choose when they would like to take their leave in the new year starting in April 2011. What's that all about?

Managerial Inexactitude - Basically they don't have enough people to cover duties so are now scrabbling round to get them covered - thats my guess.

Why bother with spreadsheets when you can spend all day on facebook?
