why do we always have to have this period of no comunication when our top boys are in negotiations. i understand that at times both sides agree to keep all info of any deal or agreement, from getting out to early, but a simple notice stating that they are having either good or bad talks ,or that they are meeting and the dates and times of the meetings so that we can give all our member something to hold on to at very stressful time for the staff.
