can you unite an office

i would say in the last few years that my office does not seem to pull together any more is it the same every where else? it seems to have got worse since park and loop came in every one moaning but not willing to do anything about it.half the office comes in early and the rest wont take a break what the f#### that about the mugs i thought the one good thing to come out of park and loop would be that no one would come in early any more because what the point when you can not complet your duty in the time given so take your break and work to your time end off because if you dont get anything out of it whats the point of giveing them anything

I believe most offices are the same enzio, just a bunch of selfish gits! As someone said to me the other day , "The only thing that's likely to motivate the majority of people in this country, to stand up and make a stand, is if they ban caravanning!" At least then we won't have to deliver those bloody magazines.

Of course it's not possible. People are different, you can't unite them over a common issue, even one that's in their own best interests. The whole canvas of human history has proven this as fact.

There's no harm in trying.
There will be some who have too much to lose to be concerned with anyone else.
And the manager's arse licker will not join in and will positively discourage anyone else.

If enough of the office is united, the rest won't matter.
