Does anyone know how many weeks notice we have to give if we want to hand in our resignation?

Wow, really?! I thought it would be at least 2, if not a month! I've been there 5 and a half years, does this not have any bearing on how much notice I should give?

No. If you are paid weekly, it is just one week's notice.

No, this can and has backfired, on me it did. Resigned giving the weeks notice and went sick 2 days before leaving date. Couldn't be arsed really. Dim suspended me without pay for 2 days. Couldn't be bothered to argue the toss over it. Just work till leave day or take annual if you can get it.calpsy wrote:OR none if you dont give a s**t ! !
