we used to regulary have your say questionarries and we havent had one for a good 18 mths or so i was just wondering if theyve stopped doing them

We had ours about 6 weeks ago,it was very late as we had to return them within 24 hours.

they were filled in last week in my d.o,i never received one as it was my day of.

Was given one approx' 2 month ago,
didn't bother filling it in, in my opinion it's pointless,
if any notice was taken of them, our gaffer would have been disciplined / transferred or demoted ages ago.
there was at least 5 mentions of bullying/harrasment in the previous "have your say",
waste of time.

Be careful what you say In them. The forms are numbered and has a barcode on it. The manager has them in order and gives you the envelope and ticks you off his list at the same time. Now what you should do. Swap them with a mixed race person or a chinese lad or even a Girl if your a fella that will totally feck em up.

We had ours about 3 weeks ago and to give our managers credit they did keep it anonymous and put them all in blank envelopes and mixed them up. Probably just as well as i was less then positive!

Complete waste of time,we had a high returns of bullying yet nothing was done . I wonder if i was to bully anyone would i get AWAY with it !!

But that makes it official... if people don't tell RM whats its really like they'll turn around to the "meja" and say look everything is "Purfick" Look its straight from the employees!

If people told RM how it was then they'd at the very least have to hide the fact.

nobody fill them in, manager needs 58% returned, if less he will be crucified.
then you will get people down to investgate whats going on ??

Only works the first few times, then they stop coming down.................of course it could be because they got ripped to pieces on the 2 times they did come in
